Try this pressure point exercise, and see if you feel any different.
Put your thumb up on one hand and with the other hand use two fingers to gently squeeze the top of the thumb. Keep doing it like an ‘on’ ‘off’ motion. Do this for 20 seconds and you will start feeling better. Watch the video below to see how it’s done.
