Stress is something that effects each and everyone of us. But it’s not something you have to live with. Here are 5 Biblical ways to handle stress.

1. Admit That You Are Stressed

It’s okay to say you’re stressed. The first step in fixing any problem is acknowledging there is one.

2. Pray About It

Ask God to show you how to handle your stress. God wouldn’t let you into a situation if there wasn’t a way out.

3. Ask For Help

Not only ask God for help, ask those you trust to come around you. After all, no man is an island.

4. When You Start To Feel Stressed, Start To Praise

When you feel stress start coming on, just start praising God. Sing praises to Him. Fill your head and heart with so much God there’s no room for stress.

5. Examine Why Your Stressed

 

Find the cause of your stress, figure out how best to conquer it by breaking it down into manageable steps, and before you know it, you’ll be wondering why it even bothered you!
